Hi. How's it going? Great? That's good.

Well, in order not to bore everyone to death, I was born in Bountiful Utah to a happy couple named Kent and Susan Davies. We then moved here and there playing in a tamborine band. Okay, maybe there wasn't a band, but we did live in Idaho, Georgia, Texas, Washington D.C., and Utah. Since before I can remember, my dad began teaching me how to draw pictures. We would do it for fun and fun it was! I loved drawing and making up stories and creatures and all kinds of things.

I was the kid in school who would finish an assignment, flip the paper over, and start drawing all over the empty canvas. It got me in trouble a couple times, but look at me now! I'm an artist and the math side of the page is of no use. I sure showed them. I kept drawing all through school and into college. I finished a BFA in Illustration from BYU in 2003 and I've been working ever since.

I currently live in Spanish Fork Utah with my wife Heather, our two cats Gnocchi and Kiwi, and more toys than a neighborhood full of ten year old boys. I love old toys from the 80's (when I was a child). I love cartoons, movies, aliens, monsters, robots, and comic books. I guess I'm about as nerdy as they come, but you know what? Life is more fun for nerds. I also like to snowboard, skateboard, lift weights, and own a shiny new Mustang. Maybe that balances out the nerdiness a bit. Just a bit...
